Just got online again after an eternity! Anyway I've just thought of a very good artjam idea the other night that I hope you'll be as enthusiastic as I am about it. There will be no holds barred! Any character is accepted, the only catch here is that your character should be named after your DA account / profile and either a character profile or story background should accompany the art (writers may join by writing a damn good poem / short story about his / her character! Also photographers may photograph a really good scene from his/her character's story)! I think that by using our own DA account / profile as the name of the character would make the artjam more personal, and besides there are a lot of people here in DA with weird or funny names that would make very interesting characters!

Ok, here are the rules:

1) You should use your OWN DA account name and you are not allowed to use other accounts' names. If you really, really think that the another guy has a very quirky DA name, you can just tell him about the artjam, besides the more participants, the merrier it would be!

2) Any drawing style is accepted, just make it, as much as possible, in synch with your DA account name (e.g. a bad example is having an account name of CutePinkBunny with an artwork that is Marvel-styled with the character full of muscles!).

3) You can either write the character profile or background story inside the artwork or just in the description.

4) Send me a message with a link to the artwork if you already have submitted yours (I know I'm not online all time, but I assure you I'll take a peek & give comments on it no matter what.)

5) Submit your artwork with the title DA CHAR ARTJAM:<your-DA-account-name-here>. Deadline for submissions is on March 31, 2007.
